The process of receiving services:

Pre-Intake Session

I’ll set you up with a SimplePractice account, which is where you will communicate with me, pay your balance, fill out any paperwork and request an appointment. It is also where you will connect to your telehealth session. Once all of your paperwork is complete, I will schedule your biopsychosocial assessment or “intake” session.

Intake Session

Your intake session will be 60 minutes long; during that time I will be asking you a lot of questions to best understand what is going on in your life, and how we can help you achieve your goals. In the last 5 minutes of your intake session, I will schedule your next appointment.

Follow-up Session

Every following session will be 50 minutes long. After the intake session, all sessions will be flexible to meet your needs because your session is your time to spend how you want it. You can either schedule recurring appointments to be set for the same day and time each week, or you can schedule each time for whatever works best in your calendar.
